(1) Vendor needs to provide technical and production management services.– Providing comprehensive production management and technical support for a performing arts venue that presents approximately 45–50 live performances, rentals, and community events annually.– Coordinate production logistics with artists, agents, tour managers, and rental clients.– Review technical riders and prepare production plans.– Coordinate backstage production needs as required.– Video technician.– Coordination with touring crews.– Technical supervision during events.– Stage management.– Coordinate backline rentals through approved vendors.– Respond promptly to phone calls, texts and emails from town hall staff.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5,2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30,2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
