EQU-19201 - USA (Syracuse, New York) - Audio Visual Upgrade Service - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual upgrade service to the government authority located in Syracuse, NY. – An audio–visual integrator to install and configure various upgrades to the Audio–Visual presentation and video conferencing systems in the simulation center, specifically, the skills & task rooms and debrief rooms. – The upgrades requested include to, new Cisco video conferencing codecs and their peripherals, new QSYS audio DSPs, Crestron signal transmission devices, new Sennheiser In–Ceiling microphones, new Crestron control processors and the necessary programming, etc.– Cisco preferred collaboration partner.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
