DRA-11546 - USA (Hamilton, New Jersey) - Land Surveying Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide land surveying services to the government authority located in Hamilton, NJ. • Perform location surveys, construction surveys, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, as–built surveys.• Perform the staking and grading of construction projects for roads, culverts, bridges and other improvements.• Compute and establish boundary control lines.• Provide supervision, consultation, and sign–off of tax map maintenance performed by the township.• Maintain engineering maps, plans and archives in accordance with state requirements.• Review and check record drawings and monument (permanent markers for identification in field with plan indicating the metes and bounds of the monuments) of subdivisions.• Review planning board and zoning board of adjustment applications as needed.• Prepare property parcel maps for acquisition purposes (i.e. Green Acres and Wetlands).• Prepare metes and bounds descriptions for acquisitions, vacations and other conveyances.• Sign and seal township plans that contain survey information.• Respond to requests for assistance from other departments and agencies.• ArcView (GIS)• Civil 3D & AutoCAD Land Desktop• Trimble GeoXT & GeoXR• TerraSync Software & GPS Pathfinder Office• Trimble S6 Robotic/Reflectorless Total Station• Leica GPS/GLONASS(2) The contract period will be for one year.
