Vendor needs to provide global content management system.– An online magazine platform built on BrightSpot CMS.– Supporting systems including NetForum (CRM/AMS) and Azure–hosted infrastructure for digital assets and an emerging AI chatbot/search experience.– Consolidate approximately 100 marketing sites into a single global marketing website with robust multisite and multilingual management capabilities.– Replace and modernize the backend of the current content library and research repository, supporting migration of approximately 20,000 content items and associated assets across multiple content types.– Serve as the editorial backend and content operations platform for a distributed global team of approximately 200 staff contributors and 10 administrators. A key requirement is an easy and efficient content authoring experience.– Operate as a headless or hybrid–headless CMS, delivering content via to front–end experiences that are being designed and built separately. Front–end architecture and UI/UX are out of scope for this RFP.– Integrate natively with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) via for staff single sign–on.– Be hosted on Microsoft Azure, preferably, and integrate cleanly with existing Azure environment, including Azure Blob Storage and Azure–based chatbot/search services.– Integrate with NetForum and expose an open, well–documented API for future integrations, including marketing automation, LMS, and event platforms.– Support strong editorial governance through approval workflows, editorial calendars, and granular role–based permissions across a distributed global team.– Content Migration Requirements1. Migrating approximately 100 WordPress sites, including pages, posts, media, taxonomy, and multilingual content, into the new CMS.2. Migrating approximately 20,000 content items from Sitecore, including metadata, taxonomy, media assets, and on–page content.3. Migrating magazine content from CMS, including articles, media, taxonomy, and metadata.4. Data cleansing, de–duplication, and content–audit support or tooling during migration.
