INSU-6724 - USA (Grand Rapids, Michigan) - Insurance Brokerage and Consulting Services - Deadline February 2,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage and consulting services to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI. – Develop underwriting and marketing strategies to competitively secure the best coverages at the most reasonable cost using retention, contractual transfer, or other risk financing techniques consistent with the authority’s instructions. – Provide insurance summaries of each policy which will include all pertinent information regarding limits, deductibles, perils, exclusions, etc. – Provide insurance brokerage and consulting services for the marketing and placement of its consolidated insurance program and other insurance–related services required.– Assist the authority in creating relationships with insurance companies’ underwriting and loss prevention specialists.– Provide certificates of insurance and auto ID cards as appropriate.– Coverages that will need placement are:• Airport owners and operators general liability.• Airport owners and operators excess liability.• Cyber security liability.• Environmental liability.• Workers’ compensation.• Vehicles and equipment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
