HEALTH-10915 - USA (Kingman, Arizona) - Sex Offender Treatment Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sex offender treatment services to the government authority located in Kingman, AZ. – Contractor will ensure that Justice Involved Individuals (JII) shall be seen within thirty (30) days of the date the referral was made, and shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours of treatment per month, or as needed per their sex offender assessment.– Shall include sex offender assessments/evaluations requested in conjunction with Pre–Sentence Investigations (PSI)– Contractor shall provide a minimum of two (2) hours annually giving an in–person training.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.
