(1) Vendor needs to provide auditing services to the government authority located in Everett, WA.• Evaluate compliance having a direct and material effect on the financial statements, including applicable partnership, operating, loan, regulatory, extended–use, and funding agreements;• Evaluate related–party transactions, developer and property–management fees, restricted cash, reserves, residual receipts, surplus cash, debt covenants, capital contributions, and partner obligations, as applicable;• Coordinate confirmation requests and reporting with investors, lenders, trustees, management agents, legal counsel.• Prepare or annually update tax–basis schedules, partner capital–account information, and applicable carry forward schedules necessary to support the assigned tax returns.• Prepare and electronically file the applicable Form 990–series return and all required schedules;• Provide management with review copies and sufficient explanation to permit informed approval;• Tax planning, amended returns, tax–notice assistance, and examination support;• Audit or tax assistance associated with refinancing, restructuring, ownership changes, dispositions, or year–15 transactions;• Protect confidential, taxpayer, tenant, employee, vendor, and personally identifiable information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
