BILLING-3235 - USA (Fort Worth, Texas) - Validation, Payment Recovery Analytics and Support Services - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide validation, payment recovery analytics and support services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX. – Provide support two service components: analytics and support services for Diagnosis Related Group (DRG) validation and payment recovery.– Diagnosis Related Group (DRG) validation is to utilize a technology–based solution to improve accuracy of coded data in post–coding, pre–billed status.– This will include validated reviews prior to releasing accounts for final billing to achieve accurate reimbursement for each claim submitted.– Payment recovery is to identify and recover additional amounts for which district is entitled from a payer from both open and closed accounts. – Components and identifying risk areas; patterns and trends; communication of findings; robust reporting functionality and integration in an acute care hospital setting.– For closed accounts, respondent will be responsible for accounts contained in data downloads submitted to respondent by district. – For open accounts, respondent will not pursue an underpayment until the account becomes a closed account or until district requests respondent to pursue specific open account.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
