(1) Vendor needs to provide software defined network services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.– Design and implementation of a cost– effective, highly available metropolitan area network (MAN) and software–defined network services (SD–WAN).– Provide a seamless end–to–end service traversing from the customer handoff through the Vendor’s network while minimizing conversion of protocols.– Service must support flexible bandwidth options for all sites, ranging from ten (20) Mbps to ten (10) Gbps.– Support network virtualization so that traffic can be tagged based on categories.– Provide packet loss monitoring and customer notification when packet–loss thresholds are reached.– 24x7 proactive monitoring and management.– Provide customer web portal access.– Must support oversubscription at the head end location, allowing connections into the county data center to be oversubscribed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31,2026.
