QUALITY-2916 - USA (Scarsdale, New York) - Hazardous Materials Testing and Monitoring Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous materials testing and monitoring services to the government authority located in Scarsdale, NY.– Hazardous materials testing and monitoring services, project monitoring, sampling, laboratory services, clearance, and reporting.– Collection of baseline air samples prior to commencement of asbestos abatement activities and/or demolition.– Collection of baseline air and surface wipe samples from lead abatement work areas prior to commencement of lead abatement activities and demolition.– The successful Bidder shall process air samples during abatement activities or demolition and final clearance surface wipe samples upon completion of abatement activities or demolition.– Conducting asbestos surveys and conducting visual inspections and preconstruction materials testing before, during, and after asbestos and lead abatement or demolitions.– Performing lead inspections, risk assessment and lead clearance evaluations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
