(1) Vendor needs to provide flood mitigation design services to the government authority located in Orlando, FL. – Provide all engineering services necessary for the evaluation and relocation of referenced drain wells. – Produce a complete, detailed design that will culminate in a bidding package of construction plans and specifications for the drain well relocation packages. • Conditions assessment:– Subsurface utility survey– Identification of potential well locations– Preparation of well inventory and justification letter– Project schedule• Drain well conceptual design:– Geotechnical investigation– Topographic survey– Test borings– Preliminary design• Construction plans and specifications:– Engineering Design– Permitting• Project administration:– Shop drawing review and approvals– Project meetings– Oversight of abandonment and construction of replacement or repair of wells• Post construction services:– Well Completion Report(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
