(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal advisory services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– Advice on optimal financing structures and strategies to reduce costs and maximize investor interest in transactions.– Comprehensive financial planning, policy development and advisory services.– Leadership and organization to support bond or other transactions from kickoff to closing.– Navigating complex debt issuances and capital planning.– Comprehensive financial planning, policy development and advisory.– Structure and manage bidding investment agreements.– Assist in evaluating derivative proposals related to the debt issuance to minimize debt service costs.– Develop and coordinate credit enhancement and bond insurance strategies, including assisting with the procurement of credit enhancement and bond insurance.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
