Property Disposition By Sale 32 Rockwood Rd. Hingham MA RFP

The Town of Hingham hereby declares that the property located at 32 Rockwood Road, Hingham, Massachusetts as described herein is available for disposition by sale (“Property”). This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, § 16 and is intended to provide bidders with a common, uniform set of instructions to guide them through the development of their proposals. The purpose of this RFP and resulting Purchase and Sale Agreement is for the sale by the Town of the vacant land located at 32 Rockwood Road, Hingham, Massachusetts (Assessor Map 62, Lot 56) consisting of 25,833 square feet, more or less, as more particularly described in a Final Judgment in Tax Lien Case at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 25137, Page 257. Said Property is being sold subject to all matters of record at the Plymouth County Fall River District Registry of Deeds. All bidders are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding the Property in submitting a proposal hereunder.
