HEALTH-10768 - USA (Murray, Utah) - Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Health Plan and Qualified Health Plan Enrollee Experience Surveys Services - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide consumer assessment of healthcare providers and systems (CAHPS) health plan and qualified health plan (QHP) enrollee experience surveys services to the government authority located in Murray, UT.– Responsible for the end–to–end management of CAHPS and QHP EES survey operations, including sampling, data collection, processing, analysis, reporting and submission of results.– Develop and execute statistically valid sampling methodologies.– Implement all annual updates to CAHPS and QHP enrollee survey protocols, instruments, and reporting requirements.– Survey programming and formatting.– Telephone administration with trained interviewers.– Ensure accessibility and cultural and linguistic appropriateness of surveys.– Maintain rigorous quality assurance processes, including error checking and audit trails.– Provide documentation and support for audit processes, including interactive data submission system requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
