Vendor needs to provide executive director consulting services to the government authority located in New Jersey.• Executive Director/Program Manager and carry out the policies established by the Commissioners or Executive Committee, and to otherwise administer and provide for the day–to–day management of the Fund.• Prepare, for approval of the Executive Committee, and implement the FUND's operations manual and the policy and procedures manual.• Prepare the Fund's budget, compile and bill the monthly assessments.• Perform such other duties specified by the Executive Committee in its manual of operations, or duly adopted resolutions, pertaining to the Executive Director/Program Manager• Prepare all filings required by state regulators.
