(1) Vendor needs to provide plumbing installation and maintenance services during normal business hours and after hours on an “as needed basis” to the government authority located in Columbus, GA.A. 24/7 response to urgent plumbing issues (burst pipes, sewage backups, water main breaks, gas leaks)B. Immediate leak detection and isolationC. Repair of leaking or broken pipes (copper, PVC, galvanized)D. Faucet, toilet, urinal, and sink repairs or replacementsE. Water heater repair or replacement (including tankless)F. Valve replacement and pressure regulationG. Unclogging drains, toilets, sinks, and sewer linesH. Hydro–jetting and root removalI. Video camera pipe inspections(2) Contact period will be for two years.
