(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft cloud modernization solution.• Provide professional consulting services, implementation, licensing and subscriptions, cloud services, and software and hardware solutions.– The selected vendor shall: • Conduct discovery and assessment of agency existing virtualized infrastructure environment.• Assess infrastructure workloads, dependencies, networking considerations, backup processes, security controls, and disaster recovery capabilities.• Develop and document a target–state cloud architecture and governance model.• Design cloud resource organization, access controls, monitoring capabilities, backup processes, and disaster recovery capabilities.• Develop a migration strategy for in–scope workloads.• Configure migration tooling and perform workload migrations.• Validate migrated workloads, connectivity, functionality, and performance.• Provide documentation, administrator training, and post–migration knowledge transfer.– Endpoint and Mobile Device Management Modernization • Assess agency–managed endpoint and mobile devices.• Design and implement a modern endpoint management platform.• Configure device management, policy management, security baselines, patch management, and device provisioning capabilities.• Configure management capabilities for supported desktop and mobile device platforms.• Support application packaging and deployment for identified applications.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
