(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisor professional services to the government authority located in Palo Alto, CA.– Provide ongoing monitoring of the City’s debt portfolio and municipal market conditions, including:– Municipal market update, including interest rate trends and market conditions.– Review of current and potential refunding opportunities.– Summary of the city’s outstanding debt portfolio, including debt profile and debt service schedules.– Discussion of relevant financing, regulatory, or market developments affecting the ctiy’s debt portfolio.– Quarterly meeting with City staff to present findings and discuss recommendations.– Advise on debt structure, sizing, timing, and method of sale.– Support the selection and coordination of the financing team and bond counsel.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
