(1) Vendor needs to provide coordinated entry services to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA. – Provide Coordinated Entry (CE Access) services. • CE Access:– Screening: Screening is the required first step of coordinated entry.– Diversion: Diversion is the process of working with households to identify safe, immediate, no–cost or low–cost alternatives to entering the homeless response system.– Prioritization interview: For households whose housing crisis cannot be resolved through agency, the prioritization interview shall be conducted immediately following the agency conversation.– System navigation: System Navigation begins immediately following the prioritization interview for households enrolled in the priority pool and continues until the household is connected to a housing solution or exits the priority pool.• By–name list management:– Manage by–name list household data and facilitate case conferencing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
