(1) Vendor needs to provide on–premises virtualization infrastructure migration service to the government authority located in Waco, TX. • Systems integrators, hardware vendors, and technology providers to design, deliver, and execute a comprehensive infrastructure migration.• Includes replacing existing server hardware and transitioning from the current VMware virtualization platform to an alternative enterprise–grade hypervisor solution (e.g., Nutanix AHV, Verge.io, KVM VE, HPE Morpheus).• Discovery & Assessment: Audit existing VMware VMs, application dependencies, storage footprints, and performance baselines.• Migration Strategy: Formulate a phased, low–risk migration plan (P2V, V2V) minimizing application downtime.• Testing & Validation: Conduct pilot migrations, performance benchmarking, and user acceptance testing prior to full cutover.• Network Infrastructure: Deliver networking hardware or configuration services for high–speed internode communication and storage traffic.• Include unified management tools for centralized monitoring, resource allocation, and automated patching/updates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 4, 2026.
