Meter Box Clean-out Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified Contractors to furnish/provide meter box clean-out services for the City of Newport News (City) Waterworks Department (NNWW)'s Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project.
