(1) Vendor needs to provide instructional coaching services to the government authority located in Mercer, NJ.  – Providers to offer coaching support for specified teachers in grades k to 8, with a focus on intellectual preparation and planning to develop a strong foundation of conceptual understanding among students and mastery of grade level standards.– The coaching program will be primarily held in person, on–site.– Target audience elementary reading teachers k–4, middle school content teachersscience, math, reading; 5–8.– Session frequency at least 5 touchpoints with teachers per week, including a combination of in person and virtual observations, feedback, modelling, in the moment coaching, co–planning, and concept development.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
