Annual Renewable Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract for Various Minor New Construction

This work includes but is not limited to various types of new construction throughout the City of Virginia Beach. Items include the construction of sidewalk, curb, curb and gutter, asphalt patches, asphalt milling and asphalt paving, concrete entrances, manholes, catch basins, stormwater BMP, multi-use paths, ADA improvements, pipe installation, construction of turn lanes and other roadway construction, reconstruction of streets and other items generally deemed incidental to roadway, drainage, stormwater facilities, water, and sewer pipe construction.
