(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based altus project management software– Provide software implementation of software and data migration from Microsoft Project Online to Altus PPM Portfolio.– Provision of Altus Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Portfolio Tier cloud–based software subscription to include the implementation and data migration.– Extraction from Project Online using available Application Programming Interfaces (API), exports, Open Data Protocol (OData) feeds, or other approved methods; cleansing, transformation, and loading into Altus PPM.– Document migration from existing Project Online or SharePoint project sites to the approved SharePoint Online libraries or Altus–related document structure, with metadata preservation where feasible.– Power BI reporting using Altus PPM, Dataverse, SharePoint, or other approved Microsoft 365 data sources.– Optional integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), financial systems, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), or other resource and cost data sources.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
