Lawns and Grounds Maintenance Services

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive competitive proposals in order to acquire supplies, services or equipment which complies with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions for Richland School District Two for the following project: 'Project Title , 'Project ID . Project Description: 'Description of Project 1. The successful Contractor shall provide mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, weed control, and other landscape maintenance services for property owned by or under the control of Richland School District Two. (see Enclosure 1 Facility Addresses and Enclosure 4 Acerage ). High school and middle school sports fields are excluded from this contract. 2. Contractor shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with its work and provide all reasonable protection to prevent damage, injury, or loss to persons and property. 3. Contractor shall erect and maintain, as required by existing conditions and progress of work, all reasonable safeguards for safety and protection, including posting signs and other warnings against hazards. SITE INSPECTION: Offerors are encouraged to visit each site and conduct an inspection of the site to observe the uniqueness of the site’s needs. Failure to visit a site does not relieve the Offeror from any work required by the specifications of this RFP.
