(1) Vendor needs to provide staff training family engagement service to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. – Provide family engagement specific to LEP and immigrant families and school staff training in the immigrant experience.– Train families on technology literacy competencies such as opening and maintaining an email address, completing applications, submitting documents, and searching for necessary resources – Provide families with information about eligibility for services available to them and their children such as assistance in healthcare, nutrition, housing rights, legal counsel, early childhood access, and labor rights. – Cultivate working knowledge in context of immigration and English learners. (2) A virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on June 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
