Vendor needs to provide communications uses market rent study services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• A market rent survey for the various communications uses is needed to ensure that the annual land use rental fees (rental fees) charged by the Forest Service reflect market economics and industry standards.• Collect market data for each use type and each zone sufficient for the client to determine a proposed schedule.• This comparable data can include communications uses on private land, lands administered by state or local governments, and any other communications use rent data that is deemed by the contractor to be applicable to the assignment.• The market data will be reviewed for acceptance by the forest service. Written recommendations, as necessary, will be provided to the contractor before submission of a final written report.
