Description
The Palmdale Water District is seeking bids from qualified contractors to construct 4,900 linear feet of 12-inch and 110 feet of 4-inch PVC recycled water pipelines along East Avenue Q from 30th Street East to 20th Street East including a new recycled bulk water station with associated site work, plumbing, and electrical work. The project will also include water improvements, sanitary sewer work, and street improvements. Water improvements will include the construction of 30 linear feet of 8-inch steel pipe, two fire hydrants, and one metered service and the relocation of an existing water bulk station with associated site work, plumbing, and electrical work. The sanitary sewer work will include the construction of 60 linear feet of 8-inch VCP pipeline and two 48-inch diameter pre-cast concrete manholes. Street improvements will include demolition of existing pavement, driveway, curb and gutter and the construction of 540 linear feet of PCC sidewalk, 40 linear feet of 8” curb and gutter, and two new driveway approaches.
