(1) Vendor needs to provide uncrewed maritime systems to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA• Atmospheric Sensing: for monitoring and detecting variables that may influence weather, at the sea–air interface, amongst other entities.• Oceanographic Sensing: for monitoring and detecting changes in fisheries and in the biogeochemical and physical condition of the ocean from the sea surface to depth.• Video/imagery, in situ sensors (environmental DNA, methane, temperature, pressure, conductivity/salinity), mapping/high resolution bathymetric data, integrated multi–sensor operations, hadal zone (full ocean depth capable), deployments from platform or from shore, high endurance to remote locations, including long dwell time at depth• Deepwater mapping in the US EEZ and reconnaissance in advance of planned ocean exploration ship–based expeditions to aid in determining high value targets for ROV deployment• Maritime Domain Awareness (hydrophone, Video/imagery, AIS, RDF), mapping, in situ sensors (eDNA, etc), integrated multi–sensor operations, deployments from platform or from shore, high endurance to remote locations(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business Set–Aside (FAR 19.5).
