(1) Vendor needs to provide plumbing services to the government authority located in High Point, NC.– Obtain a plumbing contractor able to provide routine service work, preventative maintenance, equipment replacement, small and extensive projects and emergency repairs.– Work will include general plumbing fixture repairs, replacement, and refurbishment; backflow preventer testing and repair/replacement; winterizations/de–winterization of plumbing systems at identified locations.– Must be able to respond to after–hours emergency repairs 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 7, 2026.
