(1) Vendor needs to provide investment management services to the government authority located in Prescott, AZ.– Provide economic and market research, including interest rate forecasts, yield curve analysis, and other technical and fundamental market analysis to support investment decisions.– Assist the City with cash flow forecasting and maturity planning to maintain adequate liquidity while optimizing investment returns.– Monitor the creditworthiness of issuers, financial institutions, and investments held or recommended for the portfolio, and provide ongoing credit analysis and recommendations.– Evaluate market and interest rate risk and recommend strategies to minimize the impact of changing market conditions on the portfolio.– Perform periodic portfolio stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the potential impacts of changes in interest rates, market conditions, and cash flow assumptions on portfolio performance, liquidity, and compliance with the City's investment objectives.– Provide recommendations regarding portfolio duration, callable securities, mortgage–backed securities, and other authorized investments based on current and anticipated market conditions.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
