Pinesville Park Improvements

This project for Pinesville Park Improvements (aka St. Peter Park) ("Park") located at 17005 SW 83rd Avenue, Archer, FL 32618 (Alachua County Tax Parcel No. 04584-005-000). Proposed Park improvements include new passive recreation, paved parking, and water and electric utility service. Proposed work within this contract includes demolition, sitework and grading, drainage and stormwater, parking lot and sidewalk paving, sport court construction, picnic pavilion and site furnishing installation, well drilling and water service to drinking fountains, solar light installation, landscaping, and temporary irrigation, among others. This project also includes, but is not limited to providing full-time and competent supervision, skilled and experienced labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete, in an acceptable and timely manner, the improvements described in the plans & specifications.
