(1) Vendor needs to provide building automation system to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL. – Equipment, software, and services required to remove and replace the existing building automation system (BAS).– Installation of new communication infrastructure– Replacement of all controllers, sensors, and associated devices.– Integration of chillers, AHUs, VAVs, and associated equipment.– Programming, commissioning, graphics, and training.– Preferable system for integration is the L–WEB–900 platform.– Install Category 6A (CAT6A) white cable.– Daisy–chain network topology preferred where applicable.– Be web–based for graphics and scheduling.– System shall utilize BACnet and IP. • System Integration to contain:– Graphics.– Scheduling.– Monitoring.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
