(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based integrated VoIP phone system. – Developing and implementing a solution with the features and requirements listed in the attached Excel file.– Install and perform testing of the system based upon staff capabilities and capacity, however a plan for both installation and testing should be included in your proposal for consideration.– Indicate clearly, in the Excel sheet, for all 6 sections a solution to address these required or nice to have features.– Indicate software subscription.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on August 26, 2026.
