(1) Vendor needs to provide trail orange line connection feasibility study services to the government authority located in Greenville, SC.– Feasibility study of a shared use path connection between the green line of the swamp rabbit trail to the orange line of the swamp rabbit trail.– Create a timeline of design, permitting, and construction for both routes.– Conduct a site assessment, topographical survey, wetlands survey, and any other required surveys of the project area.– Overview of the route feasibility and type of infrastructure that would likely be permitted on site.– Forecast of the types of approvals and permits required to build route.– Create a forecast for the new bike and pedestrian bridge route (pink).– Feasibility findings for both routes including:- Feasible infrastructure overview- Predicted permits required- Predicted timeline to for design and permitting- Predicted cost of project(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
