(1) Vendor needs to provide personal emergency response systems to the government authority located in Lyons, NY• Provide 24–hour/7 days per week staffing by trained operators at the central station to respond to alarms and provide a customer service number for clients to call with questions or concerns about their units• Replace approximately 250 units and accessories• Ability to produce and share reports with the Department regarding the use, testing, and repair of units assigned to Department clients• Provide quality and timely response for installations, repairs, and monitoring.• Equipment must be easy to operate by individuals with a variety of disabilities (e.g., arthritis, low mobility, vision impairment, hearing impairment).’• Equipment must provide audible and visual notification to the subscriber that the unit has been activated.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
