(1) Vendor needs to provide IT disaster recovery planning software. – The solution should be a Software–as–a–Service, cloud hosted, web accessible Information Technology (IT) disaster recovery platform designed to support IT agencies across the agency. – Provide a cloud–based disaster recovery planning and management software solution allowing DTO a reference for information in the event of a disaster.• Disaster recovery plan development:– Support authorized users in creating, editing, copying, storing, publishing, archiving and retiring disaster recovery plans. – Provide a centralized, searchable repository that serves as the system of record for disaster recovery plans. • Disaster recovery plan testing: Support the facilitation of tracking disaster recovery exercises and communication among stakeholders during the event.• Multi–tenant instances: Software must serve multiple customers, each customer shares the software and a single database.• Custom reporting:– Reporting tools to facilitate disaster recovery program progress.– Reporting apparatus that can extract data available within the platform in a format that can be easily imported or exported.• Document management: – Disaster recovery tool can maintain a complete version history for every plan, including the date and time of each change. – Users shall be able to compare versions and restore to the previous version.• Data protection and recovery:• Provide implementation services for the solution.• Provide software maintenance and support.• Provide support on a 24/7 365 basis for critical incidents.• Provide administrator and end user training.• Provide all services necessary to migrate, import, map, validate, and reconcile State–provided disaster recovery planning data into the solution.• Provide a fully implemented, production–ready Disaster Recovery Planning Software Solution that allows the State to create, edit, manage, test, validate, approve, maintain, and export disaster recovery plans.• The solution must be implemented, tested, and live on or before May 1, 2027.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on October 8, 2026.
