Vendor needs to provide domestic preparedness training delivery services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide contracted training delivery services to support the agency.– Provide comprehensive digital training delivery and production support to expand agency’s ability to deliver synchronous and asynchronous instruction to state, local, tribal, and territorial audiences. – Provide the instructors, content subject matter experts, media specialists, production staff, learning technology support, quality control support, accessibility support, and other personnel necessary to create, record, edit, package, support, and sustain digital instructional products as directed by the Government. – This support shall include the simultaneous creation, recording, production, editing, quality review, accessibility support, publication support, and sustainment of digital instructional products, including regular–length online courses, Virtual Instructor–Led Training (VILT), recorded instructor–led segments, video–based training products, micro–learning segments, just–in–time training modules, and mobile enabled training content for delivery through Government–approved platforms, including a dedicated CDP mobile application when directed by the Government.
