(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted key management system.– A key management system for police fleet vehicles. – To assist in coordination and tracking of fleet vehicles, the city is seeking proposals from companies for a cost–efficient, configurable key management system including both hardware to secure and organize keys and software to track and provide access control.  – System should be a cloud hosted solution.– System must allow reports to be created for tracking purposes, including an audit log of– Time–stamped activity by user, key, alert, inventory, return questionnaire.– Preference will be given to systems that are capable of integrating with the city’s fleet management software (RTA).– System must allow supervisory staff to remotely assign vehicles to staff from their desktop, phone, and directly from the key box kiosk.– System must meet city of Frisco software.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
