(1) Vendor needs to provide key position performance evaluation consultant service to the government authority located in Independence, MO. – An independent, third–party evaluator to conduct comprehensive, objective annual performance evaluations for four key executive positions within the city: the city manager, city clerk, mayor's executive assistant, and management analyst.– Provide a neutral, professional assessment of leadership, operational efficacy, and strategic alignment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
