(1) Vendor needs to provide varsity baseball and softball scoreboards supplies to the government authority located in Bakersfield, CA.• Key Scope Elements– Procurement and Installation– Furnish and install one varsity baseball scoreboard.– Furnish and install one varsity softball scoreboard.– Provide all associated mounting systems and structural supports.– Site and Demolition Work– Demolition and removal of existing facilities as indicated on drawings.– Site preparation for new scoreboard installations.– Excavation and concrete pier foundations for scoreboard structures.– Structural Work– Install two–column scoreboard support structures.– Construct pier foundations and anchorage systems per approved structural details.– Electrical Work– Provide all power, conduit, wiring, grounding, controls, and connections required for operational scoreboards.– Perform electrical work in accordance with drawings E–0.01, E–0.02, and E–1.00.– Testing and Commissioning– Test all scoreboard functions and controls.– Verify proper operation of displays, scoring functions, and electrical systems.– Provide start–up and operational demonstrations as required.– Closeout Requirements– Submit shop drawings and product data.– Provide as–built drawings.– Deliver operation and maintenance manuals.– Provide warranties and guarantee documents.– Complete final inspections and DSA–required closeout documentation.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Non–Mandatory Job Walk will be held on September 16, 2026.
