(1) Vendor needs to provide sheltered market program services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Day–Time Porter Cleaning Services– Schedule: Onsite 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday– Cleaning Services: Provide general day–time porter cleaning to ensure building is neat, clean and free from clutter and waste debris– Night–Time Heavy Cleaning Services– Schedule: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday– Saturday Cleaning Services– Schedule: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Saturday– Special Cleaning(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference and tour will be held on October 21, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
