(90) Calendar Days to Substantial Completion from the issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP), (30) calendar days to Final Completion. Total Project Time: (120) Calendar Days *All necessary permits to be obtained by the Awarded Contractor. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Awarded Contractor to prepare signed/sealed drawings as required to obtain all necessary permits.
