DRA-11442 - USA (Portland, Oregon) - Land Surveying On-Call Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide land surveying on–call services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. – Provide land surveying, research and legal descriptions to support easements and other legal documents, bathymetric surveys, construction staking and related services on an on–call task order basis.– Provide surveying and mapping necessary to support real property acquisition and property–rights documentation.– Boundary, right–of–way, and easement surveying.– Existing rights, title, and historical property research.– Topographic, infrastructure, and existing conditions surveys.– Construction and post–construction surveying.– Development review and general district support.– CAD, GIS, and geospatial data.– Real estate and acquisition support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
