(1) Vendor needs to provide system integration training service. – Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program, provide technical assistance, and a practical toolkit for staff and agencies who are working with folks who are exiting the judicial system and experiencing homelessness and diagnosed to have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI).– Design, develop, and deliver a cross–system training Initiative.– The training initiative will focus on enhancing communication and collaboration across systems that frequently serve individuals with complex needs, including those experiencing housing instability, behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, and involvement with the justice system.– The selected contractor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive training curriculum, facilitating interactive learning sessions, conducting an assessment of current referral and coordination practices, and engaging participants in collaborative planning activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
