– Vendor needs to provide event production and holiday marketplace services. • Provide event producers to plan, produce, and manage, the city’s annual holiday of lights: winter wonderland celebration, including a downtown winter program and marketplace.• Planning and production of the winter event.• Creative development of a holiday marketplace concept and programming.• Vendor recruitment, selection, onboarding, and communication.• Management of load–in or load–out, market stall layouts, and site infrastructure.• Procurement and coordination of tents, booths, power, lighting, and décor.• Booking of live entertainment, performances, or family–friendly activities.• Development of a marketing and promotional plan; coordination with city staff.• Compliance with city permitting requirements and applicable laws.• A street closure, safety, emergency, and risk–management plan.• On–site management throughout the event.• Post–event site restoration and cleanup, including garbage and recycling waste management.
