(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Riverside, MO.• Lobby Restrooms: Empty trash containers and recycling bins and replace can liners; empty sanitary napkin holders in women’s restrooms and replace liners; clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, countertops, chrome, stainless steel, mirrors, fixtures/handles, and wall soap dispensers; restock soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels; sweep and wet mop tile floors; and spot clean walls, stalls, and doors.• Lobby: Sweep and wet mop tile floors; vacuum vestibule area; sanitize door handles and benches; clean drinking fountains; and spot check and clean glass doors and glass display cases.• Trash: Empty daily trash and recycling to outside dumpsters.• Patrol Hallway / Interview Rooms / Report Room / Elevator: Empty trash containers and recycling bins and replace can liners; wipe countertops and tables; sweep and wet mop tile floors; and vacuum carpets.(2) A Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.
