Community Development Programs Inspection Services

Richland County (County) is seeking electronic proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional inspection services for predominantly residential properties; however, these services will be needed for public facilities undergoing rehabilitation work as part of federally funded programs run by the County’s Community Development Office. The vendor may also be needed to provide or confirm estimations for rehabilitation work on additional single-family homes. All work must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Programs, applicable South Carolina building codes, and the County’s Housing Rehabilitation Policies and Procedures
