(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance benefits services to the government authority located in Eau Claire, WI.– Provider must deliver quality services supporting employees during their times of personal and professional need through a variety of data–proven tools and resources.– Program overview:– Provide detailed list of services included in your EAP offering• Counseling (in–person, virtual, telephonic, etc.).• Legal/Financial consult.• Crisis intervention.• Work–life support.• Critical incident response.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026
