– Vendor needs to provide downtown public mural service.– Artists and artist teams to submit ideas for one or more public murals to be installed      – Artists will be responsible for providing the materials and equipment needed to complete the mural, preparing the wall as necessary, applying a protective finish, and leaving the site in a clean condition upon completion.  – Downtown revitalization efforts and is intended to celebrate waterfront heritage, history, and vibrant community through public art.
